Lead Developer Requirement
We are looking for a Lead Developer with solid Java /J2EE, Spring/Hibernate and SOA experience . The contractor will work on architecture projects with minimum supervision, perform as a technical lead, assist management with work estimates and guide other developers. Below, please find a more detailed job description.
Qualifications:
· Advanced knowledge of Java and J2EE-Minimum of 8 years
· Advanced experience with Java Web Application framework
· Minimum of 5 years of strong practical experience with Spring
Framework and Hibernate
· **Strong practical experience with User Interface Design**
· Minimum of 4 years experience with Ajax technology and Javascript/Ajax
· Working experience with Oracle database is preferred
· Working experience with Web services and service oriented architecture principles is a must
· Minimum of 5 years of working experience with design patterns, continuous integration, automated unit test and test driven development
· Work experience on large scale projects is a must
· Solid experience with WebSphere or equivalent application servers
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated experience Object-Oriented Design
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, plus a inimum of 10 years of related professional experience. Professional certification and post-graduate degree are desired
· Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence with customers
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Ability to work effectively in deadline-driven environment Responsibilities:
· In collaboration with the manager, architects and senior
software engineer performs and leads analysis, design, development and unit testing of complex software applications; and leads resolution of defects.
· Works with other software engineer to develop project estimates, tasks and schedules
· Provides project status updates to manager and business partners.
· Direct development of system documentation according to established standards.
· Participates regularly with other I.T. teams and sections, business partners and business/requirements analysts to determine new system requirements and to solve complex problems
· Provides technical mentoring to developer
