Location: Columbus, OH

Here is the full description. JDA is not required but would help a lot.

 

Need experience with being told what to build, then explain how to build and then build prototype.

 

-Responsible for technical design, proof of concept, and work estimate of several new concepts related to our JDA Space Planning application.
-Conversion of legacy automations coded in VB6.0 into a C#/ASP.Net framework with an Oracle database.
-Creation of a new application to support the capture and maintenance of size profiles
-Creation of a new application to support the capture and maintenance of minimum presentation quantities.
-Functional design review
-Responsible for reviewing functional designs and providing input to alternatives and technical capabilities

Required experience/skill set:
-7 Years of application architecture experience dealing with large data volumes (60 – 80 million records)
-3-5 Years of ASP.Net
-3-5 Years of experience in C#
-3-5 Years of experience with VB

Preferred experience:
-Previous experience working with retail clients
-Previous experience with JDA applications
